How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Domestic orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days via our standard shipping partners.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Do Eminent suitcases come with a warranty?

Yes, all our luggage collections come with a global 5-year to 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

How do I reset the TSA lock on my suitcase?

To reset your lock, set the dials to the current opening code (0-0-0 by default), press the reset button with a pen, select your new code, and slide the latch to lock it in place.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
